KDR to redevelop the Department of Premier and Cabinet’s Cabinet Management System
​December 2015

KDR has been awarded an 18 month project to redevelop the Department’s Cabinet Management System (CMS).  The CMS is a critical business system supporting processes and procedures for the registration, processing, collation and distribution of highly confidential ministerial documents for Cabinet meetings.  KDR will provide system analysis and design services, document existing business processes, redevelop the system using ASP.NET and Microsoft.NET, and migrate existing data into a new Microsoft SQL database.  KDR will also design and build a new intranet application for Cabinet Services and the Ministerial Offices.​

Department of Local Government and Communities Grants Management System

KDR will provide senior Project Management services to assist the Department of Local Government and Communities develop and deploy business improvements to the Department’s Grants Management System.​

Department of Sport and Recreation Microsoft Dynamics CRM Migration
October 2015

KDR will assist the Department migrate from MS Dynamics CRM 2011 to 2015.  Key activities include identifying business impacts, user interface changes and issues, configuring CRM 2015 and then providing training to all users.​

LandCorp Information Systems Structural Review
October 2015

LandCorp is a government trading enterprise responsible for identifying, designing and implementing major land and infrastructure initiatives across WA’s residential, commercial, industrial and tourism sectors.  KDR has been selected to conduct a structural review of LandCorp’s information systems.  A key objective is to identify an organisational structure which will underpin LandCorp’s IS strategy into the future.  KDR will analyse existing IS structure and business requirements, develop an overarching IT process framework, and develop a strategic framework and roadmap for IS service delivery consistent with LandCorp’s business strategy.​

KDR provides Business Analysis Services for the Department of Sport and Recreation
September 2015

The Department of Sport and Recreation’s mission is to contribute to the healthy lifestyle of Western Australians by increasing physical activity in the community through sport and recreation.  KDR will develop the business requirements for a new Grants Management System (GMS).  This includes reviewing and documenting the business processes, and identifying future state business requirements for a replacement solution to the legacy GMS.  A key focus is on business process improvement and the introduction of a common grants platform across the Department.

Department of Premier and Cabinet Solution Support

KDR commences solution support services for a number of Microsoft .NET and SQL Server systems and applications.  KDR’s scope of work includes application development, systems analysis and design, application enhancements, systems integration and ongoing maintenance and support.  Our support team will deliver technical, functional and business process improvements for a range of transactional and analytical systems.

KDR to provide Solution and Technical Architecture Services for the Perth Children’s Hospital

The Perth Children’s Hospital ICT program scope includes a variety of infrastructure services, encompassing enterprise computing, end-user computing devices, network infrastructure, unified communications, location services, and audio visual and telehealth services.

KDR’s team will provide the technical leadership required to manage and engage effectively with stakeholders on a number of large ICT infrastructure capital works projects.  KDR’s Solution and Technical Architects will work with PCH to create the high-level and detailed designs required to procure, implement and operate PCH’s key ICT infrastructure.  Key activities include responsibility for aligning architecture and design with business requirements, proactively identifying and managing impacts on other PCH solutions, and developing overall solution architecture and design documentation.

KDR develops key IT management plans for the Department of Local Government and Communities

KDR commences a project with the Department of Local Government and Communities to develop a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan.  KDR’s objective is to assist the Department review the scope, costs and benefits of the Department’s current approach, and to develop an improved and more cost effective infrastructure management strategy.​​

KDR selected for Department of Lands Integrated Works Management System project

KDR will develop detailed business requirements for Lands’ Integrated Works Management System.  The iWMS solution will support improved business processes and enhanced integration across business platforms, along with a technology refresh. Leveraging our knowledge and expertise in Land and Tenure Management, KDR will assist Lands establish scope and objectives, develop an overall program of work, and document requirements for increased alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. 

Rapid mobilisation at the Department of Environment Regulation
May 2015

DER’s Platforms Project will establish a new foundation for core business applications across a range of functional areas.  KDR will assist DER by rapidly mobilising a team of five business analysts to develop initial functional requirements for DER’s licensing and compliance systems.

Department of Mines and Petroleum Business Analysis and Senior Programmer Services
April 2015

KDR will work with DMP on a number of new service delivery initiatives.  These include Business Analysis services for the eMiTS Warden’s Court system, and the implementation of enhancements to DMP’s C# based Safety Regulation System compliance application.

Cloud Computing Project Management
March 2015

KDR commences Project Management of the Department of Local Government and Communities Cloud Computing project.  KDR will assist the Department build an overall business case, and provide ongoing Project Management services for a range of cloud computing projects and initiatives.
