KDR has been appointed by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet to assist in the delivery of the Digital Cabinet Submissions Solution.  KDR will provide comprehensive Project and Change Management services covering project planning and design, and ongoing communication with stakeholders and users.  Key issues will include risk, issue and budget management, along with ensuring that the ongoing impact of the new solution is effectively managed.
