KDR Expands Project Governance Team
KDR’s project governance team has expanded to include additional projects at the Department of Communities and the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage.
KDR will assist Communities procure and implement a consolidated HRMIS solution. KDR will work on the overall HRMIS requirements, and prepare a draft Project Initiation Document determine proposed project schedules and deliverables.
KDR will also work with DPLH to assist the Department move to an Activity Based Working (ABW) environment, and manage further ICT integration arising from the Machinery of Government changes. This will include the integration of two Objective stores, along with a database consolidation into a single SQL database.
