KDR is pleased to have been selected by DWER to provide a range of Program Management Services for the Environment Online Project. The Environment Online Program (EOP) is a digital transformation initiative that aims to deliver a generational shift in business practice through the adoption of new technology. The program has a clear aim to reduce regulatory approval time frames and bring forward business investment for the state, and as such forms a key initiative of the state and federal stimulus recovery plan.
KDR will assist DWER plan the foundations for the Environment Online Project, and establish the business processes, technical and data architecture in preparation for development to commence in early 2021. This includes Agile Delivery Management Services, Organisational Change Management, Project Management for the CRM stream, Data Analytics and overall Project Support.
