Department of Communities Project Governance

KDR will provide ongoing Project Governance services for the Department of Communities. This includes projects to procure and implement a consolidated HRMIS solution, and an Asset Management and Finance solution. KDR will also assist the Department prepare business cases and PIDS for a number of program management activities.
