External User Identity Management for the Department of Communities

KDR has been engaged by the Department to undertake a review and identify options for moving forward with the management of external users who require access to the Department’s applications and systems. The scope of work includes a current State Assessment to identify systems and potential external users, and a Future State Analysis to confirm requirements and perform a gap analysis for the proposed future state. This will include scenarios and options for managing external user identities.
